Stay away!!!, May 11, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Jay Kordich JDJB21001 Deluxe 2-in-1 Juicer and Blender This juicer was purchased in Dec 2011 and was in service for 4 months and stopped working. When the company was contacted for the 1 year warranty we were advised
that they no longer offer service or parts on this juicer and would give us retail credit toward a purchase of their $350 juicer. Not a bargain at all as they
will not honor their warranty! Below is actual reply:
I apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused you. Unfortunately we no longer supply parts or service for the 2 in 1 juicers.
I would gladly upgrade you to the Power Grind Pro and the amount you purchased your 2 in 1 juicer would be deducted from the cost of the PowerGrind Pro.

I carried that thing from apartment to house to Mexico and back a few times, and still it worked!! I got really tired of the small feeding tube and a friend wanted to start juicing, so I gave her the juicer and bought this one. I paid $150 last April. It worked fine for a while but within 8 months, the juicer extractor started leaking from a seam I couldn't access. They were very fair with me and honored the warranty. I bought the upgraded (extractor/grinder) version for nearly $300. I know it seems like a lot of money if you are new to juicing, but if it works for 20 years, it is worth it to spend the money. The blender still works fine.

I have been juicing for years and always purchase the Juiceman Juicers but this Juice Daddy was very disappointing. Mostly because the pulp spits out of the container on each side all over the counter. What a mess.
